how to choose heat pump for satellite flexo printing machine

generally, there are two parts of satellite flexo printing machine that need drying device. One part is between the printing color groups, which is usually called the inter color drying device. Its purpose is to dry the previous color ink layer as quickly and thoroughly as possible before the print enters the next printing color group, so as to avoid the color mixing between the latter color ink and the previous color ink during overprint; The other part is after all printing color decks, which is usually called centralized drying device. Its purpose is to completely eliminate the solvent in the printing ink layer and further consolidate the drying of the ink, so as to avoid quality problems such as back rubbing during rewinding or post-processing. The following principles should be followed when selecting the heat pump device for these two parts of the satellite flexographic press

(1) the drying method of low temperature and high wind speed is generally adopted for color drying. The temperature is generally not higher than 60 ℃, and the wind speed is greater than 45 m/s. Therefore, when using the heat pump, a high-pressure fan should be equipped to control the wind speed. In addition, in order to prevent the hot air from overflowing from the air chamber and causing the dry plate phenomenon, a fan must also be equipped to discharge all the inlet air to prevent the hot air from overflowing. According to the comprehensive evaluation, the temperature required for color drying is not mainly used to produce energy-saving intelligent infrared shielding v02/mica functional composites and energy-saving PMMA acrylic polymer plates. The energy-saving effect of using heat pumps is not obvious, and the comprehensive manufacturing cost is high, so the use of heat pumps is not recommended

(2) centralized drying generally adopts the drying method of high temperature and high wind speed. The temperature is generally between 70 ~ 80 ℃. When using the heat pump, an electric heater is required to ensure the hot air temperature. The wind speed of the air nozzle of the oven is generally not less than 30 m/s. therefore, a high-pressure fan can be equipped with the heat pump here. The specific installation and use form is shown in Figure 1. Fresh air enters from the fresh air inlet and passes through the sensible heat exchanger first. After absorbing the condensation heat, the temperature rises and the relative humidity decreases; Then it is sent to the heater through the fan for heating, which reaches the preset temperature, and then sent to the air inlet of the drying oven to take away the solvent evaporated from the substrate; Then, the air passes through the sensible heat exchanger and the heat recovery exchanger again through the return air outlet of the oven, so that the two heat exchangers absorb heat respectively for heating fresh air; Finally, the waste air is discharged through the exhaust outlet
