Technical measures for preventing explosion and fire accidents of hydrogen system

these measures are hereby formulated in accordance with the 25 key requirements for preventing serious major accidents in power production and in contact with the actual environment of our plant. The power generation, inspection, inspection and other parts shall seriously implement the measures to prevent or minimize the loss caused by fire accidents, ensure the safety of employees' lives and corporate wealth, and protect social stability

1. The operation of changing the cooling medium of hydrogen cooled generator from hydrogen to air or from air to hydrogen shall be stopped according to special replacement procedures. During the replacement process, attention should be paid to the accuracy of sampling and testing tasks to prevent misjudgment. For small parts, the thermal deformation temperature of the material under the load of 0.46mpa is generally used as the upper limit temperature of hot forming

2. The purity and oxygen content of hydrogen in generator hydrogen cooling system and hydrogen production equipment must be analyzed and tested according to the requirements of public regulations during operation. The hydrogen purity and oxygen content must be appropriate to the specified standards; The hydrogen purity of generator hydrogen cooling system shall not be lower than 98%, and the oxygen content shall not exceed 2%; In the hydrogen fragmentary of hydrogen production equipment, the hydrogen content of the gas shall not be less than 99.5% and the oxygen content shall not exceed 0.5%. If it fails to meet the standard, the handling shall be stopped immediately until it is qualified

3. Hydrogen production electrolyzer and relevant assemblies (such as pressure regulator, etc.) must stop inspection and protection on schedule, and maintain normal operation to ensure that the purity of hydrogen is appropriate. Stop the operation of the electrolyzer when the pressure regulator is faulty

4. The shaft seal of hydrogen cooled generator must be considerate. When the generator is filled with hydrogen, the sealing oil shall not be interrupted. The oil pressure shall be greater than the hydrogen pressure to prevent air from entering the generator housing or hydrogen from filling the oil fragments of the turbine and causing an explosion. Oil fume exhaust fan 4 on the main oil tank Clamp the two ends of the shoelace in the upper and lower clamp pliers respectively. After clamping, the sample should be in a plumb state and should be kept in constant operation. If the oil fume exhaust fan is faulty, measures shall be taken to prevent hydrogen from accumulating in the oil tank

5. In order not to cause explosion due to hydrogen leakage or air leakage due to improper valve, when the generator is running with hydrogen cooling, the air compensation pipeline must be separated and provided with thoughtful blocking plate

6. The hydrogen discharge pipe of the hydrogen cooled generator must be connected to the outdoor. The hydrogen discharging ability of the hydrogen discharging pipe shall be consistent with the idling time of the steam turbine crushing vacuum shutdown

7. Cooking fire must be strictly prohibited in the hydrogen production room and around other equipment containing hydrogen. It is strictly prohibited to place inflammables and explosives, and a sign board of "no cooking fire" shall be set. Fences shall be set around the hydrogen storage tank (generally within 10m). The required fire-fighting equipment shall be provided in the hydrogen production room and around the generator

8. Prevent open flame work or spark generating tasks in the hydrogen production room or near the hydrogen cooled generator and hydrogen storage tank. Mission staff are not allowed to wear shoes with nails. If it is necessary to stop welding or extinguish the task around the hydrogen pipe, the hydrogen quantity shall be measured in advance to prove that the hydrogen content in the air is less than 3% when the counting probe in the task area is set at the position of the corresponding transmission mechanism, and the task can be started after being approved by the leader (Chief Engineer) in charge of production of the plant. When pipes, valves or other equipment in the hydrogen production room are thawed, steam or hot water shall be used to thaw to prevent fire. In order to check whether there is hydrogen leakage environment at each connection, the inspection can be stopped with instrument or soap water to prevent water inspection

9. Before stopping the inspection of hydrogen storage equipment (including pipeline fragments) and generator hydrogen cooling fragments, the inspection part must be disconnected from the connected part, a thoughtful blocking plate must be installed, and the hydrogen shall be replaced with air. The task can be stopped before passing the measurement and test

10. When pushing out the hydrogen and oxygen with pressure or delivering hydrogen to the hydrogen storage tank and generator, the valve and gas valve on the equipment shall be opened evenly and slowly, and the negative gas shall be released or delivered slowly. Prevent vicious discharge to prevent spontaneous combustion caused by friction

11. Grease and oils are not allowed to contact with oxygen to prevent the oil from being extinguished due to vicious oxidation. When stopping the protection task of hydrogen production equipment at the same time, hands and clothes should not be stained with grease

12. When the generator is filled with hydrogen or the electrolytic assembly leader stops the inspection task, copper should be used to prevent sparks; When steel must be used, it should be coated with grease

13. The hydrogen production room and the hydrogen supply station of the unit shall adopt explosion-proof electrical assembly. Wooden doors and windows shall be adopted. The doors shall be opened outwards, and lightning protection assembly shall be installed outdoors

14. The linkage test of the standby seal oil pump at the air and hydrogen sides shall be stopped on schedule

15. The sealing oil piecemeal equalizing valve and differential pressure valve must ensure that the measures are flexible and reliable, and the clearance of sealing pads must be adjusted to be qualified
